Out of State Buyers & Our Policy

We get it!

We always encourage buyers to visit our kennels to select their new family members, but we realize that this is not always an option. If you are unable to come to the kennel to pick out your puppy, we will send you a variety of pictures and videos of the litter to help you determine which puppy you would like. 

We can also send you individual pictures of each female and male puppy.

When puppies become big enough to fit their colored collars, you can tell who's who in all of the pictures and videos. We mostly post those and other milestone updates of each litter on our Facebook page. You can be directed there from the Facebook logo on our Home page.

Shipping Cost

Shipping a puppy is an additional $600.00. This price includes the crate he/she will travel in, and the vet visit to obtain his/her health certificate. The entire amount of puppy will be due before the puppy is shipped.
Puppies can not fly in weather over 85 degrees. Shipping a puppy in the summertime is very difficult and may or may not be an option if the weather is too hot.   

Puppy Medical Information

 

We encourage you to plan ahead and speak to your vet before your bring your new puppy home. You will need to schedule an appointment for your pup's 2nd and 3rd shots and a booster for parvo (each one 3 weeks apart). To do so, you can double check with us, and we will tell you the date their 1st shot was given. Your vet will plan accordingly. A series of at least 4 are needed. First shots are given at 6 weeks, after the litter has been weened from their mother.

Puppies will have been given a 3 deworming of sure shot 2x.

 

Male puppies need to be checked regarding their testicles. If they do not drop down, they will need surgery. We do not guarantee the testicles will come down. This situation is rare, but we suggest that you ask your vet regarding this if you have selected a male puppy. 

Health Guarantee Policy

 We guarantee that when our puppies leave our kennel and go to their new homes, they are healthy and well. If we feel there is any reason to keep certain pups longer than 8 weeks, we will inform families immediately of what we plan to do and the reasons why. It might just be that their stools haven't quite cleared up if they had a hard time with the wormer. The last thing we want when a puppy is taken home is the new owners being concerned. We want this to be a good experience for all, puppy included of coarse! Upset puppy stomachs are no fun.

We will not replace a puppy due to improper care by owner (eg. neglect, over feeding).

Since the beginning our business, in 2006, we have never had someone contact us back concerning genetic defects of our sold puppies.
